Vanessa Pagan serves as the 5th grade Dual Language teacher at CPCS. She has an associates degree in Biblical Theology. She has three children who also attend CPCS, and two step-children with her husband Joel. Vanessa is the worship leader at her parents' church - Isaiah 61 Outreach Ministry, and she also sings in the worship team at Grace City. Vanessa and her husband Joel, along with their children, love to serve their church and community.

She has been married to Miguel since 1998 years and they have 3 children - Johana, Jacqueline, and Miguel Jr. In her free time, Maria enjoys cooking and spending time with her family - especially on the soccer fields cheering on her son.

For as long as I can remember I've had a passion for sharing the gifts God has given me with others and found that IT was a great place to do that. I've always had a fondness for computers and technology, and have good knowledge of how to solve problems relating to them as well as teaching others how to do the same. I graduated in the spring of 2020 from Dordt University with a major in Computer Science and a minor in Digital Media, and have tons of experience fulfilling the role I am now filling at Crown Point Christian from past experiences. I'm ready and willing to do what I can to solve any issues you may be having. Having a father who's worked as a pastor for my entire life, faith has always been an incredibly integral part of my life. My favorite bible passage is Joshua 1:9, which reads "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go."
